Base service of the vehicle was good. However they failed the MOT on the vehicle for tyres that "where cut to the cords" the vehicle is a lease and has a tyre agreement in place elsewhere. When presented at the tyre shop, it was clear that these cuts where minor and did not constitute a failure. It was clearly a blatant attempt to force the sales of a couple of tyres, using the MOT regulations to force the issue. I have been driving lease vehicles for over 25 years, and I have never seen such abuse of trust of the MOT tester position. As a result they wasted my whole day at a very busy time. Needless to say I will never be returning to this garage.
