Service department is a shambles
A absolute shambles in service/repair department. Year old Q7 went in for oil change, given back to me with a oil leak! Then no contact after the christmas period to be repaired so again im chasing them.. it took 2 months for me to get my car in for them to repair it, 3 days lost of work, 3 bottles of oil brought (£35 a litre). We brought the Q7 as we have 3 children under the age of 4 who all need seats with anchor points… they took The Q7 of us for a week and gave us a A3 with only 2 usable Anchor points, my wife who had just had a baby had to walk our 2 other children 2.5 miles to school each morning as we couldn’t fit them in the car safely! At this point i still have not complained or been rude to anyone but still did not send me the “customer satisfaction”email to fill out (wonder why??) Now 2 months later the car is again dripping out oil and i have warning lights up on dash board again saying oil is low!! 3 weeks iv been waiting for someone to call me back… no one wants to take responsibility. Been promised phone calls back from management every time iv called but all still nothing! Iv now given up and im taking to another Audi to finally have repaired… these guys are frauds, have no idea whats going on and tell lie’s !! Things go wrong with cars… i get that… but as a customer all i wanted was not to be lied to and a phone call back to get a car that costs over £70k to be repaired by a problem caused by your incompetencey! TRUST ME AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICING OR REPAIR WORK! The sales team where great, unfortunately the people in the little corner on entry let the team down! Absolutely Shocking from December till june!!
