The perfect experience

I was initially dealing with Ben up until the point of sale than Harry took over, both of which were amazing. This is the second time I have bought from Harry as we purchased a car last year. What brought me back to this dealership is the flexibility, I needed to change the purchase date due to personal reasons and Harry was more than happy to go through with this. Secondly, the service once you are there is outstanding, they make you feel so welcome, they take their time to go through the finances with you, they talk through the condition of the car *truthfully* and they just absolutely own it! In my experience, a dealer who is honest and genuine is better than any other dealer out there. These guys don't care about volume selling, its quality, by quality I mean quality of the product and the product of the service. Infact, when my wife came to purchase a car this time round, normally if there wasn't the spec or the model we wanted we would just wait for one to crop up but due to the trust we built initially on the first time round we did go ahead with the brilliant car that Harry and Ben had in stock. I will continue to purchase form Sterling Motor Company in the future. I wish I could rate you guys 6 out of 5 stars.
