Service Department is shocking

Salford branch have had my car 6.5 weeks. The seat was broken and it also needed new brake pads and wheel bearings. I purchased a Jaguar F pace with only 24k miles on the clock. I’ve had problem after problem since dropping my car off. When I dropped my car they gave me a courtesy car, a Manual Kia. So not like for like. I didn’t sign for this car and nobody checked over it. God knows if I’m even insured because they didn’t take my driving license either. 3 weeks it took them to order the seat for my car because they struggled to fix it ? Again no idea why. They had to order a new seat from Jaguar. Was told this would be delivered W/C 5th June. Was told last Tuesday 23rd May that my seat was delivered but they wasn’t going to start the works till 2nd June which is unacceptable because they’ve had my car five week. The other huge problem I’ve got is communication, Peter Fairclough has ignored me for nearly two week. He’s emailed me today to let me know my car is in the workshop but the work won’t be completed today and that was it. No more to the email. The problem I’ve got now is he will ignore me for another week or two. I’ve spent 6.5 week waiting for phone calls, checking emails. Constantly chasing to get absolutely nowhere. They’ve turned my dream car into a nightmare. I have never been through an experience as bad as this and to top it off I’m paying for the finance still ? It’s just not acceptable. Honestly do not Purchase a car from these con artists. They are great while you’re purchasing. Make it really easy but good look when things go wrong ! Because believe me you will not get the service you deserve after paying out so much money for dodgy cars that they don’t check over before selling.
