Rip you off

Complete rip-off they ended up charging me £100 more than they quoted. £287 for fixing the boot wiring, They replaced a part that was already new from the week before !! They did not do the work on time and had to keep the car overnight ,so I had to find transport to get to work the next day, claimed they had washed the car yet the mark that I missed when I washed it was still there ,when asked why they didn’t do a diagnostic they replied did you ask for one ?!!, very very unhelpful and rude AVOID
