Poor Unhelpful Kia Sportage

Had my Kia MOT on Wednesday 24th May 2023. Have a tow hitch and electric socket for pulling a caravan. Previous Sunday the lights on my caravan were working fine. Following Sunday 28th May there was no connection to the lights on my caravan. Went back to Griffin Mill Pontypridd to see if they could look at the car as I thought it might be a fuse. They were most unhelpful and suggested a diagnostic test in 3 weeks time. Contacted the tow bar firm who talked me through where the fuse was only to fine that it had been disconnected, popped in back in and all working. Would have thought an experienced mechanic would have realised what as wrong. Feel sorry for the people at the front desk as they try to be helpful.
