Victoria Garage are the best garage around for prices and customer care. My only grumble is the receptionist - she is very rude and doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable in regards to things she talks about. She also won't let you respond before rudely hanging up the phone on you. As if she doesn't care or want to know what you have to say. Was trying to get a courtesy car to no avail - 'All of our cars are on long term loan' which is not fair on other customers. A few months back my car was there for several weeks and I suffered a great deal financially because they took so long to fix the problem and I had no other mode of transportation. Perhaps a maximum lend of 2 weeks for every customer would be good - or get more blooming cars?!! James, Jack and all the mechanics are great - they'll do a brilliant job and give you a brilliant price. Front of house lets the team down MASSIVELY.
