A pleasure to deal with

Bought a 'new to me' car from Shore Cars. A very pleasant and helpful experience. No sales pressure, and was given all the time I needed to explore and check the car i was interested in. One small repair was dealt with promptly and efficently. Sadly 5 weeks after purchase the gearbox failed without warning. Google confirmed this specific fault cannot be predicted. A phone call later my car was collected and a Courtesy car delivered. sadly a new gearbox was prohibitively expensive, so Shore refunded the full amount immediately. Would certainly recommend this Company, and will buy from them again. I know cars, and there is no way anyone could tell this car would develop this fault.
