Very friendly and helpful people and an excellent range of well prepared vehicles at competitive prices. The buying process was unpressurised and I think I got a fair deal. After sales service not quite as good - I am a bit disappointed that they have not replaced the missing owners manual as they said they would and that my enquiries about this have gone unanswered.
