Thanks to Marcela and all the team at 2GEN Motors Ltd. They are a small and friendly used car salesroom in Buckley, North Wales. We have just purchased a Toyota Corolla (2006) and despite being 10 years old the car was in excellent condition. Their cars were exactly as shown on the website. There was no pressure and we were not rushed, they gave us the car keys and let us look around unattended. Only when we had questions did they help and assist us. They put trade plates on and let us take it for a drive on our own, they provided a good route for us to test drive car as we did not know the area. They listened to us and provided all the details on the warranty options and let us decide what was our best choice. They maintained all the paperwork and all 3 keys were present and were shown to us before we bought the car. 2Gen were quick and clear to communicate with us via (email or phone), they remembered us from previous calls and were always professional and polite. Final price was better than the screen price as they had updated their website so they matched the web price. They did not have to do this but they did. All they needed was a £200 deposit and they took the car off sale. The clutch pedal was a little tight and made a noise so they corrected this within the next 2 days. So a few days later we picked up the car and paid the rest. They taxed the car for us online there and then gave us the receipt. The purchase was quick and painless and Marcela made the process easy. It was well worth the 22 mile drive to see them. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
