What a pleasure

I'd just been through 8 days of repeated letdowns by a useless dealer who promised lots but actually gave me nothing. After giving up hope, I spotted a car on Sandwell's site, so I phoned late on Thursday afternoon. I spoke with Shamm and, after going through details to ensure it was what I was looking for, I asked if there was any chance of collecting it on Friday or Saturday. He explained that it was fresh in stock and in a long line of vehicles awaiting valeting. I asked if there was any chance of expediting the process and he agreed to try to have it done by Saturday. With much trepidation I phoned late on Friday to see if it was ready and, to my astonishment found that it was. I took the train to the local station, where I was promptly collected by one of his guys and taken to see the car. It was exactly as described, maybe even better, so I bought it. I drove home to London and the car is a joy to drive. Sham also helped to facilitate all the paperwork for the legal side. Everyone I interacted with at Sandwell Car Sales were pleasant, professional, helpful and friendly - a departure from many previous experiences with car dealers. I cannot recommend them highly enough - please check them out next time you need a car.
