Herrendous experience!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! My experience from August 2022 until the present date has been lengthy and herrendous with this company so I'm going to bullet point main events : *purchased this (2016 ds4 crossback) vechicle on the 11th of August 2022 from the Hull branch for £9995 with a £337.50 3 year lifeline guarentee with a £2000 part exchange for my mini cooper. *I didn't collect my vechicle until 4 weeks later as it wasn't road worthy and failed on an mot for several reason including a faulty head lamp, front tyres under legal limit, oil leak to front of engine the list goes on..... *I collected my vechicle approx 4 weeks later after paying up front on the 11th of August exchanged details log book etc *I recieved two parking fines from London first that I had to challenge and then followed by a Dartford crossing fine all in the mini cooper I part exchanged and handed over details to be told they'd done there side of the paperwork and I had nothing to worry about *I started to get a grinding sound and clicking when I turned a corner and my engine management light kept coming on I took it into Scunthorpe branch and it was a disc catching apparently the work was done under warrenty and my engine light had gone off for now..... *a few months later my engine management light reappeared I have only had this car under 9 months then followed by an emmisons fault *I booked it in with stoneacre Scunthorpe but because I had gone over 12000 miles since purchase I wasn't covered in my life line guarentee I paid for a full service to reinstate this guarentee £367 but they wouldn't deal with this nox sensor fault and according to them they don't deal with citreons anymore so can't do anything else for me(also discovered on the service was a faulty ball joint to the front drivers side that needs repair) *I now have it booked in on the 5th of June with another local garage and today 20th of may I have a light on saying it will be impossible to start engine in 700 miles, I work 25 miles from my work place. In a nut shell in 9 months I have paid almost £800 for a lifeline guarentee/service, £9995 for the vechicle, X3 penalty charges for a car I part exchanged and a car at the end of it that isn't road worthy and I'm unable to get to work. I pray someone reads this and avoids stoneacre so they don't go through the herrendous experience in 9 months I have had to deal with!!!!!! P.s. Avoid all positive reviews on Google as your pressured Infront of the sales men to do a review as they compete on sales and reviews etc
