Smart Colindale staff were rude, abusive and raise grave false accusations against a customer who complained, they make you wait for hours to tell you that your car was not repaired because they did not like that you said you would complain to the head office in response to their abuse. Do not there step there if you do not want to deal with people who could treat me, a customer like this.
