AWFUL - NOT RECOMMENDED

I had to give this seller 1 star to post this feedback otherwise I would have given a zero rating. I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews prior to purchase. These cars are a bit cheaper for a reason. The car I purchased in Feb 23 was not ready on the collection day as a number of outstanding issues previously agreed were not fixed. I ended up having to go back to this garage a number of times which was very stressful in itself as I was made to feel like nuisance and unwelcome. Aftersales is non existent and dangerous should you have a problem with the car. Indeed, I encountered verbal aggression from Andy, the owner when I took the car back with clutch issues. He proceeded to drive the car at around 80mph on 30mph country road, which was terrifying. He was continually shouting and was confrontationally that there was nothing wrong with the car. I did have one last tel conversation with Andy regarding another issue, but again he was abusive on the phone, so much so, I had to hang up. On the sale of purchase, I was given a 3 month (Plan 2) warranty booklet provided by Momentum Care so I gave them a call to claim on the policy. However, they required a product number as they're number plate search for my car could not be found on their system. No such product number was ever provided to me by Dunway car sales at any time. In the end I had to make my own private arrangements. I thought that this local sales outlet would have provided me with a local professional service, but unfortunately, I received the exact opposite. So if you are looking for a good quality after service this is probably not the right choice for you.
