Sold me a car with bad advice & promises that weren't kept. Sales Mgr Simon took over from Ali (who is no longer there). I'm resigned to accept the fact that I was misled on the range, and they did resolve the paintwork to some degree (although my wing is now a different shade) but, predictive cruise was a clearly stated "must have" for me and the feature doesn't work properly - at least not unless I pay an extra £200 per year for a maps update subscription! I was told, and accepted, that I could use Google maps for navigation (which I prefer anyway) but nobody told me it would mean the cruise didn't operate properly. Promised investigation & return call chased but all I get is "radio silence". £39k car from a main Audi dealer but left feeling as if I've been duped by a back-street garage. The show's not over yet but the trust has totally gone now that I've seen them for what they are. (All in my personal opinion of course).
