Pls avoid this man named Rob ( not sure if that's his real name)! Went to see a 9 seater Nissan Primaster and got humiliated and patronised by this person. There were a lot of issues to discuss but we only mentioned that we were not expecting this vehicle to be in such an awful condition ( it was nowhere close to being presentable in spite of pre informing him and rescheduling the viewing)..sad to say not only did we waste our time but it ruined our whole evening. .my husband had to arrange an early leave from work considering it was 37 miles away and I had to travel with my little one..Rob/Rav started challenging us, shouting and even slammed the car door shut on our face just cos we said we dint expect it to be this poorly presented. .imagine what would have happened if we had said we have wasted our time...I feel sorry for the staff who work there ..recommending my family is out of the question ..i would never ever want anyone to have am experience like ours. ..may be it was just our bad luck or may be he just dint like us but either ways a business should be handled by a professional not some unprofessional, short tempered being who doesn't know how to deal with another being to start with. We could have acted the same way or overreacted as we were the customers and we travelled 37 miles to waste our time n money FYI but it wasn't worth it..hope he reads this review n never ever treats anybody like he treated us. Do not judge ppl with their background, business amount or the car they drive. .we really wanted the van hence rushed into this garage..wish we had never ever seen this car..
