Terrible customer service

My customer service experience at Audi Wimbledon was extremely negative. The representative who was supposed to assist me lacked basic customer service skills and was unhelpful throughout our interaction. Despite requesting to pay quickly and return to work, I was asked to wait and the representative eventually walked away while making negative remarks about me to her colleagues. This behaviour is unacceptable, and I will not return to Audi Wimbledon in the future. While the receptionist was very helpful and did her best to handle the situation appropriately, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the representative I dealt with.
