Vauxhall issue. Recall

Had issue.(vauxhall known issue) car broke down. Took months to fix with loads of excuses on why it's was taking so long.had major works done timing belt wet belt that went. Now car stugging to start.told would take 15 hour was done In 7?? So think it was rushed. went to another vauxhall garage and was told that with the work done it more then likely vauxhall fault and if the work was done at there garage they would of done good will gesture and taken a look.. Taking to another garage and when confirmed vauxhall issue will look at sending them the bill also looking at the obismen to investergate the cow boy worker. Service manager. Not the company's fault as the other vauxhall garage was very helpful and friendly.
