they steal my perfume from the car Hello, I'm writing this with utter disgust and disbelief. Today (7th july 2022) my father took his motability ford focus to ford Alperton for its due service. He had the locking wheel nut and required paper work on the seat as requested. The service was completed however when my dad returned to the car he noticed that his Tom Ford perfume he left in the glovebox had gone missing. Fampson from alperton has agreed to be a witnesses to this unprofessional and unlawful action caused my the alperton mechanics. Fampson saw and described the bottle very clearly. I'm in shock as how a trusted dealer are hiring thieves, I have lost my trust with Ford. The manager refused to check the camera and told my dad he is busy. I will be reporting this to the police followed by the reference given, i will also be contacting motability about this situation also regarding a fault that i have been trying to raise to alperton for the past couple months that they chose to ignore, furthermore i will get in touch with the area manager to make him aware of the thefts that have been happening not only to my father but other customers. I will not settle till this is resolved and the person responsible for this is dealt with accordingly. My father previously had a VW golf and left all his belongings in the car during the service and nothing was touched or removed, so why cant ford do the same? To add to this they promised my dad that the car will be washed but i have taken photos of the car as soon as it left the repair shop with hand prints and dirty all over. The service my dad received today was absolutely disgusting. I will terminate my father’s motability contract with ford if this situation is not handled correctly.
