great polite service

we recently bought a range rover evoque from marshalls. when we first arrived to have a browse we wasnt pounced on straight away which was nice , we had time to look at several vehicles at our leisure before we was approached by Josh. Josh was very polite and certainly knowledgeable about the various models and when it came to the facts and figures he was very honest which we liked. once in the show room we was offered refreshments before sitting down to complete the purchase. everything was straight forward and simple and after being introduced to the sales manager to finalise a deal delivery date was agreed. in the time in between various emails containing information and forms that needed to be signed went back and forth which made the agreed delivery date very smooth and quick. on the day Josh took time to explain the benefits and extras on the vehicle whilst also making sure the car was spotless before we was allowed to drive away with our new car. all in all a very effort less polite fabulous service and we would certainly deal with Josh and Marshalls in the future
