Poor customer service

Poor customer service! I purchased a Kia Sportage recently through Skoda Darlington thinking that the online process would be streamlined and convenient. Turned out to be the complete opposite. They sent me over incorrect bank details which hadn't been updated to transfer my deposit over to which was very unsettling. They did not inform me who the finance company would be. I just received an email out of the blue to which I didn't know was genuine as no prior contact received. No updates received since initial contact. would not recommend buying through them online if your looking for ease of process and convenience as you end up doing all the chasing. My experience with other companies like Cinch was much better.
