Great service and very professional.

I live in Essex and have contacted Allen Ford at Brentwood, Rayleigh and Dunton, and explained to each that i was looking for a Kuga Titaniam, despite visiting all of them, I never got a call from any of these branches. I was continually checking the website and found what I wanted at the Bath dealership, Tim Reay explained that it had been sold but would find me what I was looking for which he did. He was extremely professional in keeping me updated with his progress, and i eventually collected the car from the Bath showroom. Grant whittaker met me on the day and arrranged for one of his staff to accompany me on the test drive as i had no knowlwdge of the area. Like Tim & Grant, the young guy who accompanied me on the test drive were all the perfect ambassadores for Allen Ford.
