Dreadful service after purchase

Service since buying the car has been dreadful. There were a couple of issues which I asked about and they said they would fix it. I wasn't expecting them to fix it but they said they would. Nearly 2 months later I'm still waiting!! Alan have never emailed me and I only got one call back where Alan left a vague voicemail saying "I'm just waiting for a courtesy car really". Absolutely shocking and so rude. They give you this RAC cover but I don't think they expect anyone to use it. As I say I've been waiting 2 months for them to help me so I've only got 1 month left on the warranty. Don't tell someone you're going to fix their car if you're not actually going to follow through with it!! Overall fine to get a car but I feel they've treated me different because I'm a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars and the service since buying the car has been appalling. Would not recommend to a friend.
