I recently traded in a Mercedes C Class for a much more affordable Ford fiesta. I can’t praise the team highly enough, my Salesman Ryan was fantastic. He kept me up to date throughout the purchase, the body work team removed a dent that I hadn’t previously discovered whereas some dealers would turn a blind eye, they filled the car up with half a tank of fuel on the day of collection and the valeters attention to detail was second to none. The team offered me a drink while the the paperwork was being finalised and made the whole process stress free. To top it off I was a bit late leaving off work and the team worked over there time to ensure I was able to pick up the car. Can’t recommend them highly enough we’ll definitely use them again!!
