Ford ballymena cheated me of my motorcyc

Notice of intention to issue a county court summons to fords ballymena i was part exchanging my motorcycle for a car at Trust ford Ballymena Sold my bmw r1250gs adventure motorcycle for trade price to Charles Hurst Belfast BMW Belfast as agreed based on its make model reg service history mileage there was no mention or in writing of my bmw 1250gs adventure luggage.Trust Ford only saw my luggage when I brought the bike into the dealership.Salesman Steven Kelly told me it’ll be collected after the weekend.I got cheated when they sold it to Charles Hurst BMW motorad dealership Boucher rd Belfast because they refused to give back my motorcycle r1250gs adventure luggage worth £1200 top box and panniers.The luggage top box and panniers were not part of the deal quoted for when px my motorcycle for a car there was no mention of my luggage.I left them on the bike by mistake,that don’t make make them yours Fords or charles Hurst!i had alot on that day and my child had A virus .I have contacted BMW Manager mark mc cully at BMW motorad Belfast several times via Nigel who wouldn’t take my calls and was in meetings.He didn’t return my calls and I asked Salesman steven Kelly to speak to them who said it is unlikely i will get them back. I’m sorry I don’t have bike experience. He said later my luggage was like modified wheels,they’re not! I will make a county court summons now to Trust ford Ballymena should I not get this matter resolved. I have notified the police ni who say it’s a civil matter but if it was the other way round it wouldn’t be!! N/B I don't trust fords Ballymena for this they didn’t honour my 3 months warranty right away I took my car to their garages 4 times for the whole day/ times in total. No work was carried out with r/h mirror not completely folding in but on the 4th visit the window issue was resolved. The sales man steven Kelly told me my car got full dealer service history on video when selling the car and it hasn’t,it’s got 2 independent garage stamps with ford service stamps.Right wing has paint bubbling due to rust so paint isn’t perfect as advertised. I have had it repaired and repainted that cost me £168 inc vat.Ford head office UK weren’t bothered to sort out my problem just denied everything and brushed it aside referring me to the motor trade ombudsman! This isn’t satisfactory service what I call trust?no I would call it mistrust !!!
