Disgusting customer service.
Unfortunately the customer service is not the same after you buy the car from you. 4 months we had our car and was told it comes with standard 6 months warranty, according to the director of the company an engine misfiring is wear a tear and refused to pay out for cost, instead I get sarcastic comments to the point this person who claims to be professional refused to give me an email to complain to and hangs up the phone! Definitely would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The owner is clearly just out to pocket from you and doesn’t take responsibility after a sales made. I trust looking on trust pilots reviews before buying because we were blinded from the reviews he only chooses to advertise on the website being positive. There are many more poor customers like myself that have faced this same issue with this company and from looking into all the reviews the company has way more negatives than positives. Would highly recommend taking your custom elsewhere. Save yourselves the hassle!! Trust me.
