Cheating dealer don’t trust reducing mil

NOT RELIABLE REDUCING MILLAGE I purchased Mitsubishi Outlander as he told me the car comes with very low millage around 8897, the is cut S and repaired to the standard. I told him that i don't know anything about car, please tell the truth if anything is wrong as i had a loan from bank. This person was acting like a professional and honest man on the day of selling. The car breakdown on the route to my location due to the battery issue. The next morning rain entered at both of the front lights and was filled with the water. I called him, and requested to return the car. He told me, don't worry my mechanic will come with the van and will bring you both headlights and battery! This is never happened upon till this date. More importantly, he reverting the mileage, the he sold to me with mileages around 8897 but at receipt he wrote 53171 K which i didn't noticed due to the trust. But he forgot to rest the previous own setting on mileage he did as he might want to track the rout distance, fuel consumption or ... so the journey set clock is telling me the car has done 22K since the millage meter was set by the previous owner. He only loves money for his pocket and don't care of people like me knowing very little about car and trust people. I am really struggling as I spent 3K to fix all the basic damages that he told are fixed, like headlights, battery, front bonnet and others as they were very expensive parts and labor. I wrote this message with full integrity and I am not forgiving him for his cheating on me. He took my hardship money, but importantly I believe Insha'Allah he will not benefit form this and the profit will go from him unexpectedly. May Allah deal with him. I am attaching the receipt top bit for the reader assurance. Reply to this liar seller, we agreed to the price over the phone. I am asking your customer who will buy Cat S 16 plate Outlander for your price and with cheated repair!!!!! and reduced millage!!!!!. This car is not worth more than 9K I paid you £11250, what inspection, even I didn't turned on the engine as I trusted you. Why a new car will require Jump Start!!!!, when did I ask you for more money!!! you are dying for money ripping people how would I ask you for money, I only asked you for honesty, if you are not telling lie about millage, look at the receipt what you have wrote there! I have screen shot of the previous owner mileage setting which is higher than what you are telling me! Of course, you want the car back for half of what I paid you! Where is your light battery and van with mechanic gone! after month I was still waited, despite several call nothing happened other than cheating!!!! very dishonest, not reliable, and like I said, Insha'Allah you wouldn't get rich with this kind of business This review is for people to not becoming your victim, and be careful. look at the millage picture, that run in the past three months 12100 and I only purchased it nearly month ago and was not drivable since purchase due to the battery issue! *receipt millage 53171 *car millage sold at 8897 *one journey set by previous owner the car has driven in past three months only showing 12100 (see the picture) *other screen its says 22K
