Disappointing Service!!!

Very disappointing!!! Bought a £8K second hand captur car outright in late 2022 (we would have been the second owners) with only approximately 16K on the clock, and it’s now early May 2023 - so not long since we had the car from this dodgy place in Bilston and after several attempts by them to correct our car sliding right or left .. and a formal complaint..still no satisfactory correction or sincere apology or even a response to our formal complaint. What has happened to the excellent services in the UK!?! We will never use this shoddy company again.
