Very disappointed!

bought a fiesta st from Gainsborough Ford online. My px was worth slightly more so we agreed the remaining balance was paid back to me. Car arrived on time by a excited driver telling me how fast my car goes in every gear. After he went I started to look around the fiesta and realised it hadnt been properly valeted, it still had kids stickers on it and a empty packet of crisps shoved in the door pocket. Next I realised that there was a tyre warning on the dashboard, I checked the tyres and one was completely flat! The next issue was the passenger seat was completely jammed and will not release at all to gain acess to the back seats. Oh also a 12k car and only given one key. Spoke with the salesman Anthony and he told me to ring Preston Ford to book the car in for the work to be done, which I did. (thanks ant) It's been two and a half days since I received my car and I still haven't been paid the remaining balance which I think is disgusting considering the mess this car turned up in. What should have been a exciting day receiving my car, has been completely ruined! Thanks Gainsborough Ford.
