**AVOID** Threatened by the owner

**AVOID** Rude and threatening owner. Vehicle deposits and car reservations mean nothing to the business, they just want your money. Viewed a car on Tuesday Morning and was very keen. (At this point, very helpful and good customer service). Wednesday morning, called the garage to place a deposit due to wanting to buy this car. I was informed by the sales member that there was no need for a deposit as I would be test driving and buying the car tommorow (Thursday morning) and he would reserve the car without a deposit. I have recieved a phone call off the salesman this evening stating that he has decided to sell the vehicle. He had no sympathy that he told me in good faith that the car would be reserved. Obviously frustrated with this news and being messed about by the dealership, I spoke to the owner who said they do not care about deposits and reserved vehicles and would rather sell their vehicles to the first person ready to give them money. I informed him that I would be writing an honest review as a customer of the business. I was greeted with instant hostality to this with the owner stating he would "FIND MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FROM THE REVIEW, AND FIND ME THAT WAY" - not appreciating threats, I am now writing this honest review. Please do no make the mistake I nearly did. avoid this place at all costs. Your deposits and vehicle reservations clearly mean nothing to this business.
