Very poor after service

Up to the point of sale Martin was very efficient . After deliver an issue with driver door lock was detected which he committed to resolve. This never happened and even after advising me many times it was planned part bought it never went forward. He also changed is number without updating me. Treat vehicles as sold as seen and check as after service does it match sales ability.
