Not good service at all.

Made a visit to the Audi garage today, have been a few times previously as purchased first car there. Staff were not friendly at all, we had to approach them just to let them know we were interested, you would think as you are buying a car from them that they would want to make all customers feel welcome. Described one vehicle to the lady who we spoke too and she was guessing facts about the car as she wasn’t interested to come out to have a look at the one we were talking about. A real shame as the garage does have Lovey cars but let down by the lack of interest in the customers buying them. Unfortunately this makes me really reluctant to go back again.
