Great service and true to their promises

Unusually, I was recommended to visit Harris cars by another car dealer who did not have anything suitable for me. I always have been very dubious about buying a second hand car from a dealer but I must say, in all honesty, that Michael and his team have proved to be true to all the promises they make and do so with no hassle. The car I purchased was put through an MOT and passed, cleaned and well presented to me. After a few days the battery went flat and in trying to fit a replacement battery, I must have done something wrong because I messed up the in car computer. With no argument, Michael came to my address and put the situation right. Then, I had noticed a slight noise to the front of the car which gradually worsened over a two week period. I mentioned this to Michael and after he had inspected the car, he found the front offside coil spring had broken. The car was booked into his garage and a new spring was fitted free of charge. I have written the above because if ever you should require assurance that a dealer is genuine and true to their word then you now have it. Ivan Hulbert
