AVOID BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!
PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! On 15/9/22 I purchased a car from the Leyland Branch, to 10 days later notice 2 faults on the car, squeaking brakes and a faulty fuel tank reader. I would drive on to the petrol station with 10 miles, and leave with still 10 miles showing after placing £50 in the car. I rang the dealer and told them of the issues. I requested a service car due to being self employed and had to wait 10 days. When taking the car in, I was told they had no cars for me and to find an alternative route home. The car was return and they found no fault with the fuel reader. I then rang at a later date informing the branch these fault were still happening. To then my Filter Light came on and the car would not go faster than 20mph. Due to being self employed I need my car to go to jobs, and this day I lost work and could not get to Manchester via the motorway. I rang the branch explaining the 3rd issue, were I spoke to 3 different managers explaining myself again each time. Which they that on there customer guarantee ‘an efficient and simple experience’- this doesn’t happen. After speaking to a manager i told them I wanted to reject this vehicle as it’s not fit for purpose or as described- failing to meet the Customers Act 2015. I brought the vehicle in to be approached by Chris Fish the head of business. This man is rude, disrespectful and a bully. To top it off this man has 2 other reviews and the page describing how he is rude to younger females- seems like a recurring theme? He is a bully but unfortunately is the site manager. This man told me he makes decisions of rejection and he has the final say- yet the finance is actually via Black Horse. It has now been 33 days and I’m still paying for my vehicle I do not have. I have never been offered a service car, instead I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on buses , taxis to get to and from work- sometimes I finish at 9pm at night. The branch offers no customer service we’re they quote ‘pleasant environments for customers’ and ‘customer service being there core principles’. This does not exist at this branch. The stress, upset I’ve dealt with through this branch is now unbearable and if I can help any person out, it’s please never ever use this branch! I wouldn’t want another person to experience the stress I have had! I want to reject this car and be done with this company as I’m at my wits end. But they keep saying they are doing everything they can but it always seems to be a barrel of excuses. Just stay away. PLEASE READ!
