Purchase of new car

Phil Hooton at Chester Rybrook gave me a first class experience in the smooth purchase of my new XC60 plus B4. He made the whole process troublefree and kept me fully informed throughout and was invariably cheerful as well as knowledgeable and efficient. On the day of collection, Steve very patiently talked me through the technical aspects of the car and all its new features. He was excellent and not in the least patronising. Thank you Volvo!
