Little vehicle issues that were agreed to be put right on negotiating the price weren't completed when we came to collect the car. Even to the extent that he agreed to change the badge, but it had been moved from the bonnet to the boot?! They totally tried to pull the wool over our eyes! Then 3 days after purchase and on first motorway outing it kept overheating. I took it straight back and demanded a full refund. Unfortunately John found it necessary to be extremely rude to me, even telling me to Foxtrot Oscar in front of my two year old when I suggested that due to the significant disruption i have had to encounter they should give me a lift in the car to the car hire so they could see the issues themselves. Then he tried to tell me he didn't know how to use the card machine to get out of paying me a refund! Would definitely not deal with JON Glanvill cars again!
