Terrible service

I recently bought a Citroen cactus automatic they said they would do two jobs on in before the MOT when i picked up the car they gave me a MOT but it shouldn't have passed,the passenger side light was still very loose and the horn didn't work and I've never received the C5 log book absolutely pathetic dealer ,i wish i never went to them steer clear.
