Hello, I don't think it's normal to be a loyal customer and buy cars from Motorpoint for 5 years and to be treated like garbage. The only person who spoke nicely was Kayle from the call center and the rest of the staff I spoke to, they deserve to be fired. Mr. SAM an Asian who hasn't eaten his morning rice talks to the customers like they are all shit, the customers they are the most important because that's how you keep your business going, don't treat them disrespectfully and move me to 3 offices and get my financing wrong and talk bad to me, especially because you're a branch manager, another specimen that must be fired . It's a pity that you have very good car offers but you don't know how to attract customers to make you a portfolio of customers, as I am even more weak in these difficult times.
