The worst customer care ever experienced
1 star is, 1 star too many. Having bought a company vehicle brand new in July 2021 we have had constant problems with it. It has been with Marshalls for over 160 days and off the road 25% of the time we have owned it. Their customer service is second to none for not caring an ounce about customers. If you want a service department to never return calls, is always unavailable to speak to you, and to not know what the problem is, then look no further than Marshall Vauxhall Peterborough. We have been lied to on more than one occasion about the cause of the problems. We have booked courtesy vehicles with them and had to argue on arrival when these were not available. We have been told to collect the vehicle as it is fixed, only to find the light on the dashboard says otherwise on collection. Having then to return home in the rented vehicle that they reluctantly arranged for us. The truth of the matter is, Marshall Vauxhall Peterborough have; 1. Sold us a vehicle that is not fit for purpose. 2. Refuse to admit this is the case. 3. Have made no effort to engage in dialogue with us to solve the problem. 4. Do not know how to fix the problem (the van has been with them for over 4 months now still not working) 5. (this is the worst bit) Seemingly do not care whatsoever about the other 4 points. I cannot stress strongly enough, if you need a new motor vehicle and you are considering Marshall Vauxhall Peterborough – do not go there. You would be best off buying a bike. Unfortunately, there appears no end in sight to the problem with the vehicle that is not fit for purpose, as it still does not work. I may well update this review in due course if any progress is made.
