Awful experience and poor communication
AVOID and spend your money at a reputable independent or main dealer. I turned up to the Bristol dealership to see the Mazda 3 I had transferred parked outside dirty with a perforation through the paint on the bonnet. I was told this would be sorted by a body shop when I placed a deposit after what was a very prolonged price negotiation where every service was pushed on multiple occasions (e.g. their overpriced ceramic coating products). Two weeks went by with very minimal communication and no collection time to the point where I decided to turn up in person to then be told it would be ready the following day and "perfect"... this was not the case. The perforation was still there and under the internal lighting of the shop I noticed colour mismatch between several body panels indicating a bad respray/repair job. I asked for my deposit back and left there and then after they proceeded to offer another £400 off the car which I was told was not possible in the initial negotiation. They know nothing about the cars they are selling and management was almost non-existant with no professionalism to speak to me directly. I laughed when the salesman claimed "all new cars come with only one key" after refusing a further price adjustment to account for no spare. All in all what a waste of a £100 transfer fee and two weeks of my time with no car!
