Appalling Service - Won't refund you!

Bought a Lexus via Carpoint. Many issues with it including only 1 screw holding the driver's seat to the floor. Tried to get a refund a few days later. Avoided all my calls emails and texts. Had to get my money back via claiming with my credit car protection. VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
