Steer clear!

From start to finish, my experience of parting with my money to purchase a BMW M3 has been very costly to say the least. I bought the car on the proviso that there was an 18 month warranty (which there hasn’t been on issued) the suspension has been replaced, front hub needed replacing, track rods to name but a few; I am now circa 4k into the work that should have been carried out by the dealer as it wasn’t fit for purpose. HM Motors had ‘misplaced the V5, to which they said they were going to apply for a V62, 28 days passed with no V5C arriving; I called DVLA and they had no such request on the car and I had to order and pay for the V62 myself. Today, I received a letter from the DVLA today asking for information about the car and to email the details requested to the crime investigation office. I have been completely ignored by HM motors owners after many messages and calls. Keep your money safe and steer clear from these cowboys!
