From having the worst experience possible in buying a used car from another dealer (returning it for a refund eventually) to finding Roger Hotchkiss car sales , The complete opposite. A fantastic experience in buying a car is an understatement. Nothing was too much bother . I had the pleasure of dealing with a couple of members of the team and both were very understanding and approachable . They insisted I waited for the vehicle , a few days longer to address a couple of issues , again nothing too much bother . Fantastic all round experience and definitely will be recommending and calling back when and if needed . Thanks guys
