Worst customer service

I have booked a test drive with them with enough notice, I even called them a day before just to confirm the appointment which they have confirmed. On the day of appointment first they couldn’t find me on their list then they said you need to reschedule the appointment. After travelling 20 miles for this appointment and then despite confirming the appointment day before hearing that I am not on the list is a worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They said the guy who should see me had not turned up on that day, I completely understand these things could happen at any given day, but at least they should’ve call me to let me know, that they need to rebook me on a different day, not just letting me know when I just turned up saying that we need to rebook you so that at least I should have actually not traveled 20 miles. While waiting I have noticed that a few sales executives are simply sitting one of them could have easily assisted me. The worst thing is there is no apology and their behaviour is so rude.
