Expected better

The only previous experiences I have had buying vehicles have been with with franchised dealerships and this fell below the service I had received in the past, one item on the car I pointed out never got fixed, slow puncture on o/s/f tyre(safety related) another item couldn't get fixed as the part wasn't avaliable, (parking sensor) I checked this an Audi had the part on the shelf, yet I was told not avaliable, this did get fixed, my request to add a private plate wasn't taken up, (they are looking for quick sale) and another minor thing, you can't pay debit card, I was reminded numerously that they have 47 garages, but they don't take debit card? All minor things but they all added up to my negative score.
