Bought BMW 730d 3/2/23, with 'GOLD' warranty, after paying was told he couldn't find service proof and would forward it to me, still waiting 2 months later. Don't believe a word. Next day had a slow puncture, at tyre fitters, each wheel was missing a wheel nut, had covers over them, rear wheel had been cracked and weld repaired and the Flat Tyre Monitoring System had a fault and couldn't be reset. The gearbox is now faulty and goes into limp mode and I can't claim through the 'GOLD' warranty, as I don't have the proof of service. The car has also been modified, which it wasn't advertised as such and my car insurance policy will not allow modified vehicles. Unbeknown to me I was driving this car while uninsured! Have requested proof of service several times, they keep saying they will send it to me, right. Have contacted AA and they are looking into case.
