Continuous faults and slow turn around for repairs - 3 weeks at a time for work that should take approximately 2-3 days if parts are ordered. This could be due to using small garage but this should be explained. Offer of courtesy car was helpful - but still should not take this long for repairs, in which I have had to have a courtesy car for over 5 weeks, almost 6 as writing this review.
