Incompetent do not buy from here
Bought a Ford b max in October 2022, firstly it arrived with no parcel shelf (I was told by the after sales team that it wasn't advertised as coming with one. Every other person I have spoken to including many other motor sales companies have said this is ridiculous as its part of the car) within a week of receiving the car I was having tire sensor light issues and juddering (automatic car) with the gear change. I reported it straight away and was advised they would arrange a diagnostic. I finally got a diagnostic which I had to drive half an hour to the nearest Ford garage for (using my own petrol and taking a day off work) they sent the quote to car store... Nothing. Cut to new years eve my car starts failing to change gears. I had to drive back from Manchester to Harrogate area with a faulty gearbox doing 50 the whole way with a 10 month old in the car. Finally they picked the car up the first week of January. I was left for a while without a car as they struggled to arrange a courtesy car. It is now the 4th April and I do not have my car back. I've had so little correspondence with updates its unreal. Each update I have had to chase for. I've now asked for a full refund and I've been refused. Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent
