Took a vehicle in for warranty issues and was told to book in for a different date. Booked a different date and arranged to have a courtesy car. Dropped off the car at midday the day before and collected courtesy car which we insured. Received a call at 16:30 saying that we must return the courtesy car by 17:30 as it was booked out the next day and our issues had now been diagnosed and the part was coming in the next day. When I queried this as we had arranged for to have the courtesy car until the vehicle was repaired they had the cheek to say it was it was only insured for one day even though we had insured it! We bent over backwards to get it back to them the next morning only to be told that the part hadn't come in but we still had to take our car back! They wouldn't entertain extending the courtesy car! When I complained to the in-store manager he walked on saying he was busy!!! This was a warranty repair for a car less than a year old! Terrible customer service! Do not use! Surprised they still are dealers for Hyundai and SEAT as they are damaging their brand!
