Avoid at all costs.

The car was sold to me in apparently good condition. But,that was not the case. I went to Mercedes-Benz in Cheshire Oaks. They have confirmed that there is an excessive oil leak on the back differential. They also said that both front castor bushes were slightly worn, the rear prop shaft rubber joint was slightly worn and 5 undertray bolts were missing. I went to another mechanic (Engine Clinic LTD) who noted the following issues: - Both front wheel bearings have some play. - Both rear brake pipes corroded. - Rear differential oil leak - which is the same issue that the Mercedes-Benz mechanic found. One thing to note is that the rear brake pipes being corroded issue was in the previous MOT, but somehow disappeared from the MOT provided by Mercland. When I mentioned that I want to return the car (reject the sale) and get a full refund as it is with my consumer rights, they told me to contact their lawyers. I did so and now we are over two weeks later and both Merlcand and their lawyers are ignoring my tries to communicate. Avoid at all costs!
